The Shift

From digital consumer to digital creator.

Most teens are digitally native—they know how to use TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. They've played with AI avatars and text generators. But there is a huge difference between playing with technology and mastering it.

This camp bridges that gap. We teach young people how generative AI actually works, how to craft precise prompts, and how to use these tools to execute their own creative visions—whether that's graphic design, storytelling, or content creation.

Give them the skills to not just exist in an AI world, but to shape it.

What they actually learn

A masterclass, built for teens.

This isn't a boring lecture. It's hands-on, project-based, and highly creative.

🎨

Original Content Creation

Use AI to generate stunning visual art, draft creative stories, and build multimedia projects from scratch.

🧠

Advanced Prompting

Learn how to talk to AI. Move past basic questions and learn how to write detailed creative briefs that get exact results.

🔍

Critical Thinking

Develop a critical lens. Learn how to spot AI bias, understand hallucinations, and evaluate the quality of AI outputs.

🛡️

Responsible Use

Navigate the ethics of AI, including data privacy, intellectual property, and the social impact of AI-generated media.

The hurdles we overcome

Why parents sign them up.

For the Student

Ages 13 - 16

"I have great ideas but lack design skills." AI levels the playing field. If you can imagine it and describe it clearly, you can now create it.
"ChatGPT just gives me boring answers." We teach you how to write complex prompts that force the AI to be highly creative and specific.
"I want to build a portfolio." By the end of the camp, you will have a completed, polished creative project you built yourself.

For the Parent

Peace of mind

"Are they just using AI to cheat on homework?" We shift their perspective. We teach AI as a tool for brainstorming and production, not a shortcut to skip learning.
"Is it safe?" A core component of the camp focuses on AI safety, data privacy, and ethical creation.
"Will this skill actually be useful?" AI literacy is the single most important digital skill for the next generation. We teach them the fundamentals now.
How we walk them through it

Three acts. Over 3 days.

01
Act one

Foundations & Creation

The what — Learning the tools

We start by breaking down the magic of generative AI.

  • Day one. How AI works. The difference between searching and generating. Hands-on practice with text and image generators.
  • Day two. Advanced prompting. Learning to combine text, image, and layout tools (like Pixlr and Designs.ai) to build cohesive multimedia projects.

Talking point: "We teach them that AI isn't a magic button—it's an instrument. And like any instrument, you have to practice to make it play well."

02
Act two

Objective

The why — The Portfolio Project

Application is everything. Day three is dedicated to a personal project.

  • Independent Creation. Students apply what they've learned to create a piece of content they care about—a short story, a brand concept, or digital art.
  • Critical Evaluation. Students learn to critique their own AI outputs, refining prompts to fix errors and improve quality.
  • Showcase. Presenting their final creations and explaining the AI workflows they used.

Talking point: "They don't just leave with knowledge; they leave with proof of what they can build."

Talking point: "Turn holiday screen time into a serious, future-ready skill."

Straight talk

Who this is for.

This is for you if

You are aged 13-16 and love digital creation, art, or writing.
You've messed around with AI but want to know how to use it properly.
You want a fun, productive way to spend the school holidays.

This is not for you if

You want to learn heavy Python coding or machine learning math (this is a creative camp).
You are outside the 13-16 age bracket (check our other courses!).
A parent's perspective

"My son spends hours on his phone. I wanted him to do something productive. After this camp, he stopped just watching videos and started using AI to design his own characters and stories. It completely shifted his mindset."

Addressing common concerns

We know what you're thinking.

They say"Isn't AI just cheating?"
You sayNo. We teach AI as a collaborative tool. Just like a calculator helps with math, AI helps with creative drafting. The critical thinking, the strategy, and the final editing still rely entirely on the student.
They say"Will it be too difficult for a 13-year-old?"
You sayNot at all. Teenagers are incredibly fast learners with technology. The tools we use are highly intuitive, and the concepts are taught through fun, hands-on creative challenges.
Common questions

Details that matter.

Does my teen need any prior experience?+
No prior design or AI experience is needed. Basic computer literacy (knowing how to use a web browser) is all that's required.
Do we need to buy any software?+
No. Access to the necessary AI tools and software for the duration of the camp is included. Students just need to bring a laptop.
